Loan amounts from $1,000 to $35,000 are available.

This is FREE MONEY that the State and Federal Government has set aside for residential water well drilling projects and small water districts. There is approximately $25 million dollars available annually - much of which goes unclaimed. The application is fast and simple. However, the following restrictions apply:
- Home must be Owner-Occupied
- Household income must not exceed $51,000
- Grants up to $45,000 are available
- If the home is sold within 5 years, the grant must be repaid
- Existing Well must be DRY or unable to be repaired (collapsed or vandalized).
